Here’s what on’s best-selling business management and leadership list:

•  Leading Change, by John P. Kotter, 208 pages, Harvard Business Review Press: Kotter, a Harvard Business School leadership professor, offers an eight-step process for managing change with positive results. By identifying where and how top performers derail during the change process, Kotter provides a practical resource for leaders and managers charged with making change initiatives work.

•  Cultureship: The ACBs of Business Leadership, by Jason E. Bingham, 236 pages, River Grove Books: Bingham’s book shows how culture is not only directly connected to business results, but also how culture can change results.
