Ronald L. Wenda: Bad customer service

June 14, 2013

Two strikes

I was shocked and disappointed that Gov. Pat McCrory preferred to play catch outside his office rather than meet with his customers about issues concerning N.C. public schools as reported in a June 12 news article.

Spokeswoman Kim Genardo added further insult with her statement, “Gov. McCrory will be back out tomorrow throwing the baseball perhaps with children who share his All-American passion.”

What about public schoolchildren represented in the petitions? Are they not also All-American? What happened to the promise of better customer service?
