Amanda Ann Troutman and Alton Clinton Whitley III were married on June 15, 2013 at Meredith College's Jones Chapel. Pastor Susan Crowell, pastor of Trinity Lutheran church in Greenville, S.C. officiated. Music was provided by Tom and Susan Lohr. A reception followed at Cobblestone Hall in Raleigh, N.C.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Troutman of Cary, N.C. Parents of the groom are Col. and Mrs. Alton Whitley, Jr. of Clemson, S.C.
The bride is a graduate of Meredith College, and received her Master of Arts in Religion from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, S.C. She is currently the Director of Youth and Children's Ministries at Trinity Lutheran Church in Greenville, S.C.
The groom is a graduate of Clemson University, where he also received his Masters in Accounting. He is currently the Assistant Vice President and Controller at GrandSouth Bank in Greenville, S.C.
The couple will make their home in Greenville, S.C.
