Raleigh police arrest man they charge sold cocaine in April

From staff reportsJuly 11, 2013

— Norman Fitzgerald Evans-Pinckney of Raleigh was arrested Wednesday on drug-trafficking charges that police said stemmed from transactions in April.

Evans-Pinckney, 46, was arrested at 1310 Park Glen Drive, where police believed he lived when they swore out arrest warrants.

An arrest report from Wednesday, however, lists his address as 760 St. George Road.

In to the warrants, police accused Evans-Pinckney of selling and delivering three doses of cocaine to the same person on April 17 and 30 and of conspiring with another person to sell or deliver the drug on April.

There is no indication in arrest records that either of the people have been charged.

Evans-Pinckney was being held in lieu of $400,000 bail pending a court appearance Thursday.
