Ronald L. Kubikowski

Ronald Leon Patrick Kubikowski of Summerfield, Florida and formerly from Monroe and Brooklyn, New York, passed away after a brief illness at the age of 83. The son of Joseph and Stanislawa (Golas) Kubikowski, he grew up in Brooklyn, New York and served overseas in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He was a retired Investigator with the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Christine (Korbelak) Kubikowski, sons Joseph R. and his wife Robin of Hopewell Junction, New York, and Gregory and his wife Eileen of Ridgewood, New Jersey, as well as his daughter Laura Leary and her husband Bill of Apex, North Carolina. He was blessed, deeply loved, and proud of his ten grandchildren: Rachael Kubikowski of New York City, Matthew and Sarah Kubikowski of Hopewell Junction; Gregory, Connor, Luke, and Jillian Kubikowski of Ridgewood; and Kevin, Christine and Kate Leary of Apex. Ronnie is also survived by his sister-in-law Terry Flynn-Koontz and her husband Bill of Summerfield, Florida and pre-deceased by his parents and brother, Joseph T. Holden of Pasadena, California.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23rd at St. Anastasia R.C. Shrine Church, 21 North Main Street, Harriman, New York, followed by interment in St. Anastasia Cemetery.
