Scout makes video promoting Cary High School band

Taylor Nicole Babson of Cary has earned the Gold Award, the highest achievement in Girl Scouting.

For her Gold project, Taylor created an 18-minute recruitment video for the Cary High School band program. The video, available at caryband.org, captures the experience of being in the school’s marching band, winter guard, drumline and spring ensembles.

Taylor, the daughter of Roger and Cindy Babson, is a recent graduate of Cary High School, where she was in the marching band. She was a member of Troop 1860, led by Wanda Schramm and Liz Pezzullo.
