Former Tar Heels star Martinez rejoins RailHawks from Salt Lake

— Enzo Martinez returns to the Carolina RailHawks on loan from Real Salt Lake of Major League Soccer for the remainder of the 2013 season. The former North Carolina standout previously had a three-game stint with the RailHawks in May.

In his first match with the RailHawks, Martinez hit a wonder-strike in Minnesota to tie the match 2-2.

The Rock Hill native recorded a stellar three-year career for the Tar Heels that included three trips to the NCAA College Cup (2009-2011), an ACC championship (2011) and culminated with the 2011 NCAA national title. In the 2012 MLS SuperDraft, Real Salt Lake chose Martinez with the 17th overall draft pick.
