Sean Thomas

Sean Michael Thomas, a rising seventh-grader at Hilburn Academy in Raleigh, was selected to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C., this summer.

This year’s conference theme is “Voices of Leadership: Reflecting on the Past to Create the Future.” Participants in the six-day program will visit Washington-area historic sites and museums and hear educational presenations.

Sean was nominated for the program by teacher Lauren Boop.
