He’ll get to it
Oh, get off Gov. Pat McCrory’s back! In your July 28 news article “McCrory’s understanding of voting bill has gaps,” you pointed out that our governor promised to support a bill making “sweeping changes” to the voting rights of North Carolina’s residents despite his admitting that he had not yet read the whole bill.
Please try to be fair. It takes a long bill to so fundamentally change such basic rights, and the governor is a very busy man. Surely by the time he signs it, he will have read the bill or at least gotten someone to give him the gist.
