LIFE HOME-HOMEBASE OS

If you’ve built a playhouse for your kids, we’d like to hear about it. We’re interested in sturdy structures built from scratch or from kits that you have embellished with your own special touches.

A playhouse is a place for make-believe – where kids can be kids.

If you’ve built a playhouse for your kids, we’d like to hear about it. We’re interested in sturdy structures built from scratch or from kits that you have embellished with your own special touches. Tell us – in 150 words or less – what makes your playhouse special and share any advice you can offer other parents about building one.

To share, send email to cmiller@newsobserver.com and put “Playhouses” in the subject line. If you have a photo, we’d like to see that too (jpg format). We need to hear from you by Aug. 15. Submitting comments or photos grants us permission to use them in an upcoming Home & Garden story.

Include your name and town and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions. Your phone number will not be published. We look forward to hearing from you.

News & Observer is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point. Thank you for taking the time to offer your thoughts.
