— Police early Monday located a missing boy, 2, for whom they had been searching since Sunday, but they said their investigation into his disappearance was continuing.

The boy, Zyion D’youate McCallum, was unharmed when officers found him about 4:30 a.m. at a Potter Street home after getting a tip, they said.

Their investigation into the case was continuing, however, and police had not determined whether anyone would be charged in the incident.

They asked that anyone who has information about the case can call CrimeStoppers at 919-683-1200.

Zyion had last been seen Saturday afternoon at the Durham Area Transit Authority terminal in downtown Durham, police said.

Officers responded to a call to 1210 Morreene Road just after noon Sunday in response to concern about Zyion's welfare.
