RALEIGH — Police on Tuesday charged 33-year-old Calvin Delonta Watson with cocaine trafficking and manufacturing crack cocaine in a Raleigh Housing Authority home.
Police also charged Watson, with possession of a stolen Ruger handgun and possession by a felon because of a 2006 cocaine-trafficking conviction, maintaining the apartment and a 2004 BMW X5 as places to keep and sell drugs, and misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Watson was arrested at a house at 1014 Harp St. Tuesday afternoon, an arrest report said.
A warrant for his arrest listed that as his address, but he told booking officers that he lives at 820 New Bern Ave. now.
He was being held in lieu of $250,000 for a court appearance Wednesday.
