Siemens awards scholarship

Matthew Yeager of Wendell was awarded a Siemens Merit Scholarship.

The scholarship, one of 75 awarded to children of Siemens U.S. employees, is worth $4,000 over four years and is based on PSAT scores, academic record, school and community activities and personal plans and goals.

Matthew graduated this year from North Raleigh Christian Academy.
