Mr. Fred Rowe and Mr. John Michaels of Raleigh, North Carolina are pleased to announce their marriage. The couple was wed on Monday August 12th, 2013 at Eleven o’clock in the morning at the District of Columbia Superior Court, Washington D.C. in a ceremony officiated by Paul A. Trudeau.

Fred is the son of O.V and Betty Harris Rowe of Trent Woods, North Carolina. John's mother, Nancy Ann Peattie Dickson is deceased.

Fred is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Master of Science in Software Engineering and works as a software architect for IBM. John is a graduate of North Carolina State University and is currently completing a Masters of Environmental Assessment at NCSU.
