Dr. and Mrs. Michael Cogdill of Buies Creek announce the engagement of their daughter, Joya Cogdill of Raleigh, to Taylor Austin, son of E.B. Austin, Jr. of New Bern. Ms. Cogdill, a graduate of Campbell University, is employed with Johnston County Schools. Mr. Austin, a graduate of East Carolina University, is employed with CarMax as a senior buyer. The wedding is planned for September 29, 2013 at the Southport Community Building in Southport, NC.
