Melina's Fresh Pasta

Carmella Alvara makes pasta out of her garage-turned-commercial kitchen. She's hoping to expand the reach of her Melina's Fresh Pasta products, which are sold at area farmers markets, shops and restaurants, by getting them on the shelves of Whole Foods Market and other restaurants.
