Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - In the third season opener, Zoe returns to Bluebell to obtain a stellar referral from Brick so that she can relocate to New York City. However, Brick insists that she help him find George, and while doing that, she unearths Lemon's secret.

How I Met Your Mother (8pm, CBS) - Barney discovers that Ted still has feelings for Robin, and Lily realizes that she is Robin's only girlfriend.

Valentine Road (9pm, HBO) - A documentary examining the circumstances that preceded and followed the 2008 murder of a transgender gay teen by a classmate at their school in Oxnard, California. “Valentine Road” was nominated for a Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival.

Sleepy Hollow (9pm, Fox) - We're what, four episodes into the first season? And Fox already picked this up for a second round. Not too shabby. Tonight, Ichabod and Abbie search for her estranged sister after she escapes from a psychiatric hospital. Also, they finally learn the name of the evil force they are facing.

Beauty and the Beast (9pm, CW) - Vincent returns as a changed man in the Season 2 premiere.

Blacklist (10pm, NBC) - Red and Liz go undercover to pursue a high-level Chinese spy who may be involved in a shadowy scheme to decode a classified CIA transmission. Elsewhere, Liz puts the investigative focus on Tom. Last week, NBC ordered a full season of “Blacklist” -- Spader rules!
