The Mallarmé Chamber Players’ concert Saturday has an unusual program and location. “String Jam” offers two guitars plus violin, viola and cello playing pieces by classical composers (Paganini) and contemporary (Lawrence Dillon, Radamés Gnattali and Mark O’Connor).
