Recap: Portland vs. Utah

Boise, ID (SportsNetwork.com) - Damian Lillard tallied 23 points and five assists to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 96-86 win over the Utah Jazz in preseason play.

LaMarcus Aldridge chipped in 20 points on 8-of-9 shooting from the field for the Blazers, who picked up their first win this preseason in three tries. Mo Williams added 11 points and a game-high seven assists off the bench.

Gordon Hayward netted 20 points to pace the Jazz while Enes Kanter went for 11 points and six rebounds off the bench. Derrick Favors grabbed nine boards.

Rookies for both teams struggled throughout the contest, with Jazz lottery selection Trey Burke missing his first five attempts while scoring just seven points on 3-of-10 shooting from the field.

Portland sharpshooter Allen Crabbe shot just 1-of-6 from the field and missed his only attempt from behind the arc.
