Iron Chef America (10pm, Food) - Michael Symon teams up with Geoffrey Zakarian for an Oktoberfest battle that pits them against a group of Austro-German chefs led by Bernhard Mairinger of BierBeisl in Beverly Hills. Judging their creations are Valerie Bertinelli, Karine Bakhourn and Eugene Remm.

Alien Mysteries (10pm, Discovery) - A series of unexplained UFO sightings from 2008 in Stephenville, Texas, are recalled.
