Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (SportsNetwork.com) - Luol Deng stuffed the stat sheet with 14 points, six assists and five rebounds to lead the Chicago Bulls to an 83-81 win over the Washington Wizards from HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro.

Derrick Rose sat out the game with soreness in his surgically repaired left knee and is considered day-to-day.

Taj Gibson dropped 18 points on 7-of-9 shooting off the bench and Jimmy Butler netted 11 points. Gibson, Carlos Boozer and Mike Dunleavy all corralled eight rebounds.

Bradley Beal paced the Wizards with 16 points, while the rest of Washington's starters netted just 19 points combined on 6-for-29 from the field. Martell Webster sank three triples for 15 points while Kevin Seraphin and Glen Rice each scored 10 points.

Kirk Hinrich's floater at the 3:37 mark of the fourth quarter put Chicago ahead 81-79, and the Bulls allowed just a pair of Seraphin free throws after that. Eric Maynor's final 3-point try was off the mark as the Bulls stayed perfect in three preseason tilts.
