Louisiana-Monroe holds on, defeats Texas St. 21-14

— Centarius Donald rushed for a 10-yard touchdown with 18 seconds remaining as Louisiana-Monroe held on to defeat Texas St. 21-14 Saturday night.

Donald's touchdown was the first offensive touchdown for the Warhawks (3-4, 1-1 Sun Belt Conference) in six quarters.

Isaiah Newsome had interception returns of 71 and 75 yards to give ULM a 14-0 lead, and helped snap the Warhawks three-game losing streak.

Tavarese Maye led ULM with seven receptions for 74 yards.

Following two Jason Dann field goals, Aaron Matthews returned an interception 35 yards to spark the Bobcats to their only touchdown. Robert Lowe rushed for the 6-yard score to tie the game at 14 with 6:01 remaining.

The Warhawks' quarterback, Brayle Brown, threw two interceptions which led to a field goal and a touchdown for Texas State (3-3, 0-2).
