Recap: Utah vs. LA Clippers

Salt Lake City, UT (SportsNetwork.com) - Byron Mullens poured in 15 points in 16 minutes to lead the Los Angeles Clippers to a 106-74 rout of the Utah Jazz in a preseason matchup from EnergySolutions Arena.

The Clippers shot 55.1 percent from the floor and hit on a sizzling 11-of-22 attempts from 3-point range. DeAndre Jordan made good on 6-of-7 field goal attempts in a 14-point, seven-rebound effort, while Chris Paul and Darren Collison each dished out 10 assists in the victory.

Blake Griffin added 12 points for Los Angeles, which opened up a 27-15 lead after one quarter and owned a commanding 50-31 advantage at halftime.

Richard Jefferson paced the Jazz with 13 points off the bench, with Alec Burks finishing with 12 in the loss. Rookie Trey Burke managed just two points on 1- of-6 shooting for Utah.
