Hylton Lawrence: McCrory’s insulting ad

October 14, 2013

The ad that Gov. Pat McCrory currently is running not only is misleading but insulting. The term “creating jobs instead of handing out checks” is insulting to the people who are desperately looking jobs that are not out there. His ad implies that people are not looking for work.

Has McCrory checked the job market in N.C.? It is terrible. Maybe the folks who no longer have unemployment benefits and truly need them can go by the Governor’s Mansion and get the leftovers to feed their families. McCrory needs to quit embarrassing himself. He cannot even control his own legislature.
