Aldi stores in the Triangle have nice deals this week on mushrooms, bagged salad, zucchini, green peppers and tomatoes.

Aldi shopping tips:

Aldi does not accept coupons or provide bags. Bring your own reusable bags and a quarter to rent a cart. Your coin will be returned when you return the cart to the corral near the front door.

This week's top deals:

White mushrooms: 79 cents for 8 ounces.

Bagged Italian or Caesar salad: 99 cents for 10 ounces.

Yellow onions: 99 cents for 3 pounds.

Zucchini: 99 cents for three.

Green peppers: $1.29 for three.

Tomatoes on the vine: $1.29 for 24 ounces.

Brown sugar or confectioners sugar (32 oz.): $1.19.

Pasta sauce (24 oz.): 99 cents.

Parmesan cheese (8 oz.): $2.39.

Hand soap (7.5 oz. pump): 85 cents.

Toilet paper (18 double rolls): $6.99.

Wednesday Fresh Meat Special: Fresh chicken parmesan cutlets: $4.99 per pound.
