Kroger deals, Oct. 27-Nov. 2

Kroger has got good coupon deals this week on Hamburger Helper, Yoplait Greek yogurt, Knorr Sides, Barilla pasta, Lean Cuisine frozen entrees, Edy’s ice cream and Progresso soups.

Without coupons, frozen turkey is just 79 cents per pound through Thanksgiving, and apples and pears are good deals at 99 cents per pound. If you buy organic produce, look for nice deals on pears.

And the digital Friday freebie is back. Get a free pouch of Betty Crocker cookie or muffin mix this Friday, Nov. 1.

Kroger savings tips:

*Kroger stores in the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes the Triangle, do NOT double coupons. Read about the coupon policy change HERE.

Prescription transfer deal: Get a $25 credit for groceries on your loyalty card when you transfer a prescription. Ask at the pharmacy.

Digital Friday freebie: Download a digital coupon on Friday, Nov. 1, for a free pouch of Betty Crocker cookie or muffin mix, 6.4-10.25 oz. The coupon is valid through Nov. 16, but you must download it on Nov. 1.
