Stamkos highlights NHL's 'Three Stars'

New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Tampa Bay Lightning sniper Steven Stamkos was named the NHL's First Star for the week ending Oct. 27.

Stamkos tied for the league lead with seven points, including three goals, in a trio of Tampa Bay wins.

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Phil Kessel earned the Second Star honors after pacing the NHL with five goals and adding one assist.

Vancouver Canucks forward Ryan Kesler was named the Third Star after potting four goals and setting up two more.
