Time of Death (9pm, Showtime) - Showtime debuts a powerful new six-part docu-series that follows a group of terminally ill people in their final days. The series shows how their imminent mortality affects their family and friends, sometimes in surprising ways, and the support they are given by caregivers and healthcare works, who guide them through the final stages of life.

Why We Love Vampires (8pm, NBC) - Host Tamron Hall explores what makes vampires so appealing as he looks at their portrayal over the years in film, television and books. He interviews Anne Rice, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” vet James Marsters, stars from “True Blood” and Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.

MasterChef Junior (8pm, Fox) - In part one of the two-part season finale, the Top 4 junior chefs create chicken dishes before the playing field is whittled down to two. (These double eliminations are brutal!!)

Grimm (9pm, NBC) - The gang try to find Nick and reverse his condition. Elsewhere, Capt. Renard works to remedy the fallout from zombie attacks, and Adalind spends more time with Stefania in hopes of regaining her powers.

Hawaii Five-0 (9pm, CBS) - Five-0 investigates when a zombie-like man is shot on Halloween. The probe reveals that a mad man is conducting experiments on humans.

Blue Bloods (10pm, CBS) - A gang member dies after Jamie chases him away from a young boy, and the incident leads to Jamie’s conduct being questioned.
