Senior wins school pageant

November 3, 2013

Julia Lopp of Clayton was named the winner of the inaugural Miss Cleveland High School Pageant.

The contest involved a personal interview with the judges (including the current Miss Johnston County, Johna Edmonds), casual wear and evening gown competitions, a talent showcase and a personal statement on the theme “what success means.”

As the pageant winner, she received a scholarship funded by local businesses.

Julia, the daughter of Brad and Jenny Lopp, is a recent graduate of Cleveland High School, where she was senior class president.
