Durham's Largemouth Communications is expanding

Posted by David Ranii on November 15, 2013

Largemouth Communications, a Durham public relations firm that is enjoying robust growth, recently moved into new office space that can accommodate additional expansion.

Largemouth added eight employees this year, giving it a total of 25 – mostly in Durham, but also in small offices in Charlotte and Pittsburgh.

The agency expects this year’s revenue to rise by 30 percent, said Brandon Bryce, president and CEO.

“We certainly should see double-digit revenue growth in 2014 as well” given what’s in the business pipeline, Bryce added.

Bryce said that this year, Largemouth focused on adding more clients based in the Triangle – and it paid off. Local clients added by the agency in 2013 included Rho, Eye Care Associates, Two Men and a Truck, Aqua-Tots and Paramount Rx.

Other clients include Cort, United Healthcare, Hooters of America, Eaton Corp. and Sensus.

The agency recently moved into about 3,500 square feet of office space on Slater Road in Durham.

“This space will allow us to grow here,” Bryce said.
