Paul Bamford: Forgetting bond issue

Just over a month ago the voters decisively passed the largest school bond issue in Wake County history. But on Nov. 9 The N&O published a Point of View, “Make it easier for charters to replicate,” by the director of the public relations department of the N.C. Public Charter Schools Association which proclaims that “local officials are having trouble finding money to build more schools and renovate existing ones.” Really?
