Students assist in N.C. Senate

November 17, 2013 

Austin Bright of Morrisville, Austin Robert Kirley of Apex and Allison Leah Berger and Caroline Ashley Peebles of Raleigh recently served as pages in the N.C. Senate.

Pages serve for one week, attending Senate sessions and committee meetings and assisting staff members with clerical duties.

Austin Bright, a student at Panther Creek High School in Cary and the son of Shelley Bright, was sponsored as a page by Sen. Martin Nesbitt.

Austin Kirley, a student at Apex High School and the son of Patrick and Susan Kirley, was sponsored by Sen. Tamara Barringer.

Allison, a student at Broughton High School and the daughter of Marty and Jackie Berger, was sponsored by Sen. Josh Stein.

Caroline, a student at Leesville Road High School and the daughter of Craig and Tamara Peebles, was sponsored by Sen. Neal Hunt.
