Major Crimes (9pm, TNT) - “Major Crimes” resumes its season with Rusty having to make a crucial decision when he feels suffocated by his incessant security detail. Also, two brothers die from bad drugs, sparking the team to scramble to locate the dealer before the drugs claim more lives.

Also on tonight . . .

Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - Zoe invites her uncle to her Hanukkah party, much to the chagrin of Vivian Wilkes. Also, Lemon wants George and Lynly to assist her in researching one of her dad’s exes.

Toxic Hot Seat (9pm, HBO) - A documentary about activist who battle the money and political power behind the production of flame retardants that are used in homes, furniture and clothing.

Sleepy Hollow (9pm, Fox) - A missing persons case leads to a Colonial-era house that holds clues to Ichabod’s past -- and an evil force that’s been dormant for a very long time.

Mom (9:30pm, CBS) - Christy realizes life is easier with Bonnie in the house, but has trouble accepting that fact. Meanwhile, Baxter sets up camp in the driveway.

The Blacklist (10pm, NBC) - In part one of a two-part story, Donald tries to protect Red from a possible assassination attempt, while the next blacklist target infiltrates the FBI’s black site to hunt Red down.
