Forgot an ingredient? Grocery store hours on Thanksgiving

Posted on November 27, 2013

If you find yourself involved in an emergency grocery situation on Thanksgiving Day, don’t panic. Supermarkets throughout the Triangle have got you covered.

Most markets will be open on Thursday until mid- to late afternoon to help out with those forgotten ingredients, last-minute hostess gifts or extra tubs of Cool Whip.

Here's a schedule:

Harris Teeter will be open until 2 p.m.

Food Lion and Lowes Foods will be open until 3 p.m.

Kroger stores will remain open until 5 p.m.

Aldi is closed.
