Recap: Ole Miss vs. Georgia Tech

Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Derrick Millinghaus scored 16 points, while Demarco Cox added a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds, and Ole Miss cruised to a 77-67 win over Georgia Tech in the Barclays Center Classic.

Marshall Henderson scored 15 points off the bench for the Rebels (5-0), who will play Penn State in the championship game on Saturday.

Solomon Poole led all scorers with 24 points on 5-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc and Robert Carter Jr. netted 11 points with 13 rebounds for Georgia Tech (5-2).

The game was tied midway through the first half, 9-9, when Henderson triggered a 10-0 run to give the Rebels some breathing room. Henderson hit back-to-back triples in a 30 second span and Dwight Coleby capped the spurt with a dunk at 10:51.

Georgia Tech pulled to within eight, 29-21, with 1:36 left, but the Rebels ended the half on a quick 6-0 run in the final minute. Anthony Perez hit a trey and Henderson knocked down his fourth 3-pointer of the half with 17 seconds left to give Ole Miss a 35-21 lead at intermission.

Ole Miss led comfortably in the second half, extending the lead to 50-30 after a pair of Millinghaus free throws with 14:15 left in the game. Jarvis Summers' 3-pointer with 3:30 to go gave the Rebels their largest lead of the game, 73-52.

Poole had eight points during a 10-2 run in the final 1:21, including a dunk off a Henderson turnover that capped the scoring.
