From staff reportsDecember 3, 2013

— Three men and two women face various marijuana charges after police answered a 5 a.m. call about a loud party over the weekend.

Neighbors called police about noise coming from 1023 Reunion Park Drive in the Reunion Park apartments complex Saturday morning, Capt. Ann Stephens said.

After police arrived, they found 107 grams of marijuana and charged four people with maintaining a dwelling as a place to keep or sell drugs and possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute it, both felonies, Stephens said Tuesday.

The people arrested and the charges against them were:

Damien Crom Lacar, 24, who lives at 1023 Reunion Park Drive; possession with intent, maintaining a dwelling and possession or drug paraphernalia.

Morgan Lindsey Barbour, 20, who lives there; possession with intent, maintaining a dwelling and possession or drug paraphernalia.

Kyle Devon Hays, 21, who lives there; possession with intent, maintaining a dwelling and possession or drug paraphernalia.

Sebastian Zea, 21, who was booked with a Holly Spring address of 221 Hallwood Court, but who also was charged with possession with intent, maintaining a dwelling and possession or drug paraphernalia.

Molly Kathryn Ren, 21, of 709 Linden Ridge Drive, a Holly Springs address, who was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Records show Ren also had been arrested on an assault and battery charge at her home on Nov. 27.

All five were freed on bond.
