Students assist in N.C. Senate

December 8, 2013 

Ian Craig Pearthree of Cary, Anuraag Agarwal of Morrisville, and Milledge Armes, Emma Grace Feichter , Grace Elizabeth Isley and Kayla Rachelle Sloan of Raleigh served as pages in the N.C. Senate during the most recent session.

Pages serve for one week, attending Senate sessions and committee meetings and assisting staff members with clerical duties.

Ian, a student at Cary High School and the son of Herbert and Patricia Pearthree, was named Senate Page of the Week for his service. He was sponsored as a page by Sen. Phil Berger.

Anuraag, a student at Panther Creek High School and the son of Amit and Sampada Agarwal; Milledge, a student at St. David’s School and the son of Martin and Cindy Armes; and Kayla, a student at Millbrook High School and the daughter of Lilly Lowery, also were sponsored by Berger.

Emma, a student at Enloe High School and the daughter of William and Molly Feichter, was sponsored by Sen. Josh Stein.

Grace, a student at St. Mary’s School and the daughter of Philip and Laura B. Isley, was sponsored by Sen. Tom Apodaca.
