Bobcats players Taylor, Biyombo may miss Monday's game

The Charlotte Bobcats are starting to run out of healthy small forwards.

Jeff Taylor was highly limited in practice Sunday, due to a heel injury. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is already out 4-6 weeks with a broken left hand.

Taylor is questionable for Monday’s home game against the Golden State Warriors. Coach Steve Clifford told the Observer that if Taylor can’t play, he’d more than likely start Anthony Tolliver at small forward Monday.

The other alternatives for minutes at small forward would be sliding over shooting guard Gerald Henderson or using rookie James Southerland, who has played only three minutes this season.

Center Bismack Biyombo, who sprained an ankle in Friday’s victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, did not practice Sunday, so it seems highly unlikely he would play Monday.
