We recently enrolled in Obamacare, aka the Affordable Care Act. Like many others, we couldn’t get through the website and had to call to complete our application to the new health care system. No problem, just like all the times we’ve had to call Netflix and our website host and who knows how many other web businesses, except that our website host’s phone line didn’t work for a crazy-making week.
Most Americans have had similar experiences with the necessity of making phone calls to websites. So why are all of them complaining so pitifully about healthcare.gov? Just pick up the phone, for goodness sake. Unless they have some political purpose with all this whining?
