GARNER — Police drug investigators Thursday night arrested two men from Goldsboro, charging they were trafficking in MDMA and had drugs in two units at the Lenoxplace Apartments.
Numerous charges against Equon Jerell Bowden, 22, said he had sold MDMA and marijuana to an undercover officer twice in November and had possession of both drugs on Thursday.
Hyonte Davion Atkinson, 23, was charged with three counts of conspiring with Bowden to traffic in MDMA.
Police arrested both men about 10:30 p.m. on Lenoxplace Circle, where they said drugs were kept in apartments 331 and 831.
Bowden faces 15 felony drug charges in the case.
Both men were being held at the Wake County Detention Center for Friday court appearances, Bowden on $1 million bail and Atkinson on $250,000.
Bowden gave a home address of 406 W. Hooks River Road in Goldsboro, and Atkinson said he lives at 1006 S. Andrew Ave., Goldsboro.
