December 22, 2013

Lauren Wagner

Lauren Wagner of Cary has received the Silver Award, the second highest achievement in Girl Scouting.

For her Silver Award project, Lauren made an educational brochure for local residents with information and tips for what to do if they find a stray animal, an issue she identified as a problem in her neighborhood. She also made blankets for animals waiting for adoption at a local PetSmart store.

Lauren is a member of Troop 1860, led by Wanda Schram.
