Kroger deals, Dec. 22-28

Posted by Amy Dunn on December 22, 2013

A lot of this week’s deals at Kroger are repeats: ultra-cheap Cool Whip and Jell-O and good prices on canned vegetables, butter, apples, pears and ham. The free milk and free eggs promotions also continue.

And finally, the digital Friday freebie this week is a free package of Gatorade Prime (Chews or Pouch).

Keep reading for all of this week's top deals at Triangle-area Kroger stores.

Kroger savings tips:

*Kroger stores in the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes the Triangle, do NOT double coupons. Read about the coupon policy change HERE.

*Up to five identical coupons may be used in a single order, but there's no limit on the total number of coupons you may use.

*During Kroger's frequent 10 for $10 sales, you DON'T have to buy all ten to score the deal. Each item is individually priced at $1.

*Kroger offers digital coupons, which you may load onto your loyalty card. The digital coupons do NOT double and may NOT be combined with paper coupons. Set up an account on Kroger.com.

*Seniors save 5 percent on their total grocery bill every Tuesday.
