No signs of foul play in Raleigh man’s death

— Police have found no evidence that foul play was involved in the death of a man whose body was found in Southeast Raleigh on Thursday.

Police identified the dead man as Anthony Bowen Watson, 29, of Raleigh, but did not say how he died. Officers found his body at about 1 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of Belmont Drive and searched the area for several hours.

Police will release more information upon completion of an autopsy, according to a spokesman.
