Football coach Will Orbin steps down at Holly Springs

Holly Springs has announed in an email to media that head football coach Will Orbin has resigned after two seasons leading the Golden Hawks.

Orbin went 4-6 in his first year before going 6-6 last season, finishing third in the Southwest Wake Athletic Conference and making the postseason for the second time in school history.

The email stated that Orbin plans to continue to teach at the school and the process for hiring a new coach will begin immediately.

Orbin was the third coach in Holly Springs’ school history.
