Boy Scout adds lighting to walkway

Neal Hutchins Lockhart of Cary has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.

For his Eagle project, Neal installed landscape lighting along the walkway at St. Paul’s Center for Hope and Healing in Cary.

Neal, the son of Malcolm and Ann Lockhart, is a senior at Cary High School and a member of Troop 212 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Cary.
