Tell us: How do you keep up your workouts on cold winter mornings?

From staff reportsJanuary 20, 2014

As unusual a winter as this one has already been – muggy one day, below freezing the next – February can still be counted on to bring some of the coldest and nastiest days of the year.

We’d love to know how you manage to drag yourself out of bed to exercise when it’s freezing (and still dark!) outside. And if you hit the snooze button and stay under the blankets, how do you make up for it later in the day?

Share your tips with us and we’ll share them with readers next month. If we use your tips in the paper, we’ll send you a small thank-you gift.
