Raleigh man charged with having marijuana, LSD, Xanax and Molly

— Police charged a 21-year-old man early Friday with being a source for marijuana, LSD, Molly and Xanax.

Ryan Jacob Boss of 4201 Manor Field Way was arrested at police headquarters early Friday.

In his apartment, police said in arrest warrants, they found 311 grams of marijuana (about 11 ounces); 105 grams of MDMA, a party drug known as Molly; 98 doses of LSD, and 155 pills of Xanax, a prescription brand name for the anti-anxiety drug alprazolam.

The charges against Boss, who listed his occupation as being a waiter at an Italian restaurant, were possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana, trafficking in MDMA, possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver Xanax and possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver LSD.

He also was charged with maintaining the apartment as a place to keep and sell drugs.

Boss’ bail was set at $100,000, and he was being held for a court appearance Friday.

Boss already had a court date on Feb. 5 for a ticket he got for not wearing a seat belt.
