Paul Pinter: NCAA a no-show

January 25, 2014

The most embarrassing thing regarding the UNC scandal is the fact the NCAA has decided it’s not worth its time to investigate the academic cheating that occurred.

I find it ironic that the NCAA denies the University of Connecticut an NCAA tournament bid for low graduation rates, yet UNC is not even investigated by the NCAA for its academic fraud. If UNC didn’t have no-show classes and grade changes, what would the real graduation rate be?

No one really believes that the Julius Nyang’oro started this all by his lonesome self.
