UPDATE: Wake has sent out a corrected press release that lists a different Wednesday make-up day for modified-calendar students and those at the early colleges and single-sex academies. The corrected dates are now listed in the post.

The Wake County school system has announced when students will make up Wednesday’s snow day.

Students at traditional-calendar will now attend classes on April 21 – Easter Monday. They’ve already lost Feb. 17 – Presidents Day – because they’ll need to use it to make up for Tuesday’s snow day.

Any further school cancellations would likely result in days being cut from spring break.

Year-round students, both those at multi-track and single-track schools, will make up Wednesday on May 31 – a Saturday. They’re already scheduled to attend classes this Saturday – Feb. 1 – because school was closed Tuesday.

Students at the modified-calendar schools will attend classes on March 10 – which would have been the first day of their spring break. They’re already going to school on Feb. 17 to make up for Tuesday.

Students at the early colleges and single-sex leadership academies will make up Wednesday on May 30. They will make up Tuesday on May 29.
