Stylin’: Local designer holds leather accessories trunk show at Raleigh Brewing

Local designer Lisa Stewart will host a trunk show of her leather accessories 1-7 p.m. Saturday at Raleigh Brewing.

From beer accessories to wedding dresses, this week’s lineup of trunk shows and sample sales offers something for just about everyone.

• The spring collection from Worth New York comes to a private home trunk show Friday throughFeb. 10 at 1909 Reid St. in Raleigh. Attendees are encouraged to bring gently used professional wear to donate to Dress for Success, a nonprofit that provides interview suits and career development to low-income women. • Local designer Lisa Stewart will host a trunk show of her leather accessories from 1 to 7 p.m. on Saturday at Raleigh Brewing (3709 Neil St., Raleigh). Charity Fashion Show

The Raleigh chapter of Models for Charity celebrates its fourth anniversary with the “Babes in Toyland: The Aftermath” charity show at 7 p.m. on Thursday at Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh. The event will feature a runway show of clothing for both adults and children modeled by members of Models for Charity, plus live music, a raffle and more. Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of North Carolina. Love Your Heart

Cameron Village celebrates American Heart Month with its annual “Love Your Heart” event, which runs Saturday through Feb. 14.
